PRESIDENT

Prior to Stoneleigh, Mr. McWatt acted as Senior Vice President for Canada from LaSalle Investment's office in Toronto.  Mr. McWatt was responsible for acquisitions, development and portfolio management.  Mr. McWatt joined LaSalle from Morguard Investments Limited, after 15 years in progressively senior positions in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and, most recently, development.  He has successfully acquired over $1.0 billion of office, industrial and retail properties and developed over 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office properties.  Prior to Morguard, Mr. McWatt held real estate financial analysis positions with Scotiabank and Costain Developments.  Mr. McWatt, received a B.A. from Wilfred Laurier University and a B.Comm. and M.B.A. in finance from the University of Windsor.  He is also a Certified Management Accountant.

SIOBHAN KENNY

PROPERTY MANAGER

Siobhan Kenny brings over 20 years experience in commercial real estate to Stoneleigh's management team.  Her extensive experience includes industrial, office and retail leasing, lease administration and operations management.  Most recently Siobhan has been working on client-centred leasing projects with HWC Realty Limited.  Prior to that she was VP of Leasing with Darton Property Advisors and has a history of success with GTA firms such as First Gulf Corporation, PenEquity Realty Corporation and CREIT.
