The Operations staff of Stoneleigh Management Inc. includes skilled construction personnel who are able to complete a build-out of Tenant Improvements. This hands-on approach allows for an on-time and economical delivery of turn-key premises.


Tenant Co-ordination

Communication is key to a mutually successful tenancy. Stoneleigh's property management and operations staff work as a team to ensure each Tenant requirement is fulfilled in a professional and timely manner from requests for general maintenance to updates on capital management.


Fire, Life and SafetY

Risk management is an important element to the successful management and operation of each property. Stoneleigh's Operations staff is trained in standard first aid, WHMIS and fall protection.


INSPECTIONS

Stoneleigh Management Inc. not only performs regularly scheduled inspections of property exteriors and structures but, together with each new Tenant, a detailed unit inspection is conducted prior to occupancy and upon move out.


Landscaping AND SNOW REMOVAL

Well maintained properties with appealing aesthetics not only draw a Tenant to a property but keeps them there. Stoneleigh Management Inc. staff and contractors must consistently meet the company's high standard. Tendering of both landscaping and snow removal service is performed on an annual basis for each managed property.


ROOF MAINTENANCE

Stoneleigh staff performs quarterly inspections of each property to ensure preventative maintenance measures are completed and, where necessary, capital requirements are planned.
