The Role:
Stoneleigh Management Inc. is growing—and we’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Professional to join our team!
In this hands-on role, you’ll be an essential part of our property management operations, helping to ensure our commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you’ll support day-to-day building operations, tenant service requests, preventative maintenance, and general repairs across a diverse portfolio
What you'll do:
Perform routine building and systems maintenance
Respond to tenant service calls in a timely, professional manner
Support inspections, repairs, and contractor coordination
Assist with seasonal property upkeep and safety measures
Support and complete interior unit renovations, including basic construction and finish work where required
What We're Looking For:
Experience in commercial property maintenance
Experience in light construction, contracting, or renovation work (e.g., drywall, painting, flooring, fixtures)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Reliability, initiative, and a team-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and take pride in your work
