What we are looking for:

• You have +4 years of solid property management, or management experience;

• You have good understanding of operating, monitoring, and documenting building solutions;

• Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision;

• Upper-intermediate English level;

• You can communicate well with both technical and non-technical clients.

• Strong verbal customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Take calls with tenants, manage and problem solve issues that arise with their buildings.

• Work closely with our Maintenance team to orchestrate, manage, and lead them to issues, renovations, etc.

• Accommodate owned properties for wants and needs of new tenants and current ones.

• Ensure all properties are running smoothly, are up-to-code and safe.

• Collaborate with management team regarding new property acquisition.
